Shipping & Returns


Return Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your Mynxx purchase.  If there are any problems with your order, please email us within seven (7) business days from the receipt of your delivery with your order number and telephone number, to receive your Return Authorization Number.  Once your number is received, you may return the merchandise within 14 days for a full refund in the original form of payment. After 14 days, but within 30 days of the purchase date, you may exchange or return merchandise for store credit. We can’t accept goods outside of this time frame, or accept returns for items that have been worn, other than for faulty goods.  Please see our policy on Faulty Goods below. An original receipt or gift receipt, original packaging and all inserts, bags and instructions are required for all returns.

For Gift Cards: We do not provide cash refunds for products purchased with Gift Cards, only store credit is available.  

For exchanges: For returned items, postage and shipping costs must be paid in full by sender. Shipping for new exchanged merchandise will be provided by us.

For all packages mailed back to us: Please mail using Priority shipping or greater, with tracking and insurance for the value of the goods.  We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your responsibility until it reaches us.

In order for us to refund your purchase, it must be unworn, unmarked, in perfect condition and with all original packaging, which must be undamaged.  Please use protective outer packaging.

Faulty Goods: Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged, other than when stated to the customer at the point of purchase, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two (2) months of purchase.  Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or improper use (as stated in our Terms of Use and Warranty sections) are not considered to be faulty. 

To Return or Exchange, Please Follow These Step:

Please include your name, Return Authorization number, order number, personal contact number, and the reason for returning. Once your goods have been received and checked, we’ll refund your monies back to the card it was purchased with.  Please note a refund can take up to ten days to show on your bank account. We’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know that your refund has been processed.

1. Contact us within seven (7) business days from receipt of your delivery to receive your Return Authorization Number.

2. Place your unused items in the original retail box (and original shipping package, if possible, or unmarked packaging box) and mail using Tracking.  Including insurance for cost of goods is recommended.

The Return Authorization Number must be clearly printed on the shipping label of your box.
